Service Scope and Features
X5VPN provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription, covering 110+ countries / 180+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client software, subscriptions, and account management are available through the user panel. Route options and eligibility are shown in the panel.
The service provides network connectivity and does not include accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits from third-party websites. When accessing international websites, users must still meet each service's regional, account, and usage requirements. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every third-party service.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; choose a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and account recovery information secure. Do not publish them or leave them with untrusted people. If you notice suspicious activity, change your credentials promptly and submit a ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. This applies only to the account holder's own devices and does not permit sharing the account or subscription with others. Reselling, renting, or transferring a subscription, or using routes to provide access to others, is prohibited.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Data packs remain available until used and do not expire. Before choosing, review the plan prices and billing details, and confirm your benefits against the selected plan and order record.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and those relevant to their use of the service. Do not use the service for illegal activity or to infringe another person's rights. Network attacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, unauthorized data collection, and other activity that disrupts network order are prohibited.
Do not abuse automation, interfere with routes, or evade account management rules in ways that affect other users' connections. When accessing third-party platforms, follow their terms of service and content licensing rules. The service does not grant users any access authorization.
Availability and Limitation of Liability
Connection quality depends on factors including local networks, device settings, international links, and the policies of destination platforms. X5VPN does not guarantee a fixed speed or latency, uninterrupted availability, or continued access to any particular website, content region, or app feature.
Route maintenance, client updates, upstream network failures, or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. X5VPN will address issues as appropriate and provide relevant information through the panel. Keep your own copies of important materials and do not rely solely on a network connection for tasks that cannot be interrupted.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for losses resulting from third-party platform restrictions, device failures, or users' violations of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension and Termination
If there is illegal use, resale or sharing, malicious interference with the service, or another serious breach of these terms, X5VPN may suspend relevant connections or terminate account access based on the scope of the impact. In the event of an urgent security risk, necessary restrictions may be applied first, followed by further review.
If you disagree with the outcome, submit order details and an explanation through a panel ticket to request a review. Do not include your password or full subscription link with your materials.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
These terms may be updated due to service changes or legal requirements. Revisions will be published on this page, along with an updated month for the last update. Changes that materially affect service benefits will be announced in the panel and will not retroactively reduce rights protected by law.
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 60 days of your first payment. For details on how to apply, read the refund policy.
